01 Prepare
We gather what we need to understand your biology and create your plan.
This includes your history and goals, comprehensive bloodwork, and a DEXA scan. We build from your evidence - your plan is yours alone.
Where your best Begins
Fabrica is building something without precedent: an intelligent engineering system for the entire human healthspan, where a living map of your biology is continuously watched over, and the next right move towards your true potential is clear. That is where we are headed.
F1 is how you begin now.
Engineered for one
F1 is Fabrica in its first form - the beginning of a system built to watch over the entire human healthspan.
You are in the driving seat. A team of experts watches your data, makes the fine adjustments, and keeps you on course toward a single goal. Everything is built around one person, and exists for no one else.
The journey
Your F1 course is built around a single goal, delivered over ninety days.
02 Review
Your results, goals and context are closely reviewed by your dedicated expert clinical team.
Where something calls for a closer look, we pause and check before we proceed. Your information and next steps are always available in your secure customer portal.
03 Design
From everything we have learned, your clinical team designs your protocol.
Lifestyle, therapeutics, and support, brought together into one clear plan around your goal. We walk you through exactly what it includes before anything starts.
04 Activate
The work begins - and you are never left to do it alone.
A team that notices when something changes. Real people to turn to with a question or a concern. At the close, we review it together: what changed, what you learned, and where to go next.
Find your extraordinary
F1 is offered to a small number of people - the depth of care it involves depends on it. If you are ready to begin, we would like to understand your goals.
Investment is discussed early and openly, once we know what you are looking for.
